Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and participating in Yoga at The Poppy Creative, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk – I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a Puppy Yoga event which includes physical activity and interaction with puppies. I understand that inherent risks exist, including but not limited to physical injury, allergic reactions, bites, scratches, or other unforeseen harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
    

2. Release of Liability – I hereby release, waive, and discharge Miles of Love, Poppy Creative, their employees, volunteers, agents, and any affiliated parties (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, or damages arising from my participation in this event, including those resulting from interactions with the puppies.
    

3. Indemnification – I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that may result from my participation in the event.
    

4. Medical Considerations – I certify that I am physically fit to participate in Puppy Yoga and do not have any medical conditions that would make my participation unsafe. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the event organizers to seek necessary medical treatment on my behalf.
    

5. 16+ Age Restriction – I confirm that I am at least 16 years old. If I am between 16 and 18 years old, I also affirm that I have obtained the required consent from my parent or legal guardian to participate in this event.
    

6. Governing Law – This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
    

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
